Meditation
Seek the heart of ev’rything.
Listen to a thrasher sing.
Hear the wind and watch the light,
Find your simple book of life.
Break the seal that you may read;
Take the bread that you may eat;
Sip the stream to quench your thirst;
This is how to live on earth.

In Substantial
If a thing is real and what you know about it is true,
Then you begin to understand how much it means to you;
And the invisible parts which you’ve always sensed are there,
Will fill your soul with beauty insubstantial as the air;
And though the parts you clearly see will suddenly be gone,
The sweet truth’ll sing forever like a little bird at dawn.
